• We ship most products via UPS Ground
• Whiz Freedom products and single 12 Packs of Pee-Wee bags are shipped via First Class Mail
• All shipping addresses for UPS must be actual street addresses.
• Our shipping charges are the actual UPS charges with no handling fee added.
• All products are shipped from Waterbury, Vermont 05676 with the exception of  5 Gallon Buckets of Poo Powder,  Waste Kits 100 pack x 3 and Complete System x 3 which are shipped from Belgrade Montana 59714. 

To addresses outside of the USA

• We can ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS
• we add a $10.00 handling fee to the shipping charges.
